Chrome frame, plaid seats

Karl Emanuel Martin "Kem" Weber style was a designer based in California.  These chairs were originally made for a barber shop and they are lounge height which is few inches lower than standard dining height. They are covered in a contemporary tartan fabric.

Wear consistent with age, fabric has some wear, 1930's
